Accessibility of Transit Options


Individuals who believe they have been denied access to transportation can report their concerns to Parking and Transportation at (415) 338-7200, or the Disability Programs and Resource Center (DPRC) at (415) 338-2472.  Additionally, complaints about access to transportation can also be filed with Equity Programs and Compliance by filling out the reporting form at, calling (415) 338-2032, or stopping by Student Services Building suite 403, or by contacting Eugene R. Chelberg, ADA/Section 504 Compliance Officer at (415) 415-338-2916.    

CSU Executive Orders 1096 (Revised March 2019) ( and 1097 (Revised March 2019) ( (or any successor executive orders) govern complaints of discrimination or harassment based on protected status including disability.  Any student, employee or visitor to the campus who believes that they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment or retaliation based on a disability should report their concern to the Office of Equity Programs and Compliance Office.  Concerns may be reported by either filling out a report form at, calling the office at 415-338-2032, or stopping by Student Services Building Suite 403.  Once a complaint is filed, a case manager will meet with a complainant to determine an appropriate response, including but not limited to referring the concern for immediate correction to the appropriate office, providing an interim remedy, determining an Early Resolution, or performing an investigation into the concerns raised.  The case managers for students are Katon Dalton, Manager of Equity Programs and Compliance, and Sara Lewis, Assistant Manager of Equity Programs and Compliance.  The case manager for employees and visitors/third parties is Christina Sabee, Dean of Equity Initiatives.”
