Any student, employee or visitor to the campus who believes that they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment or retaliation based on a disability should report their concern to the Office of Equity Programs and Compliance Office. Concerns may be reported by either filling out a report form at http://titleix.sfsu.edu, calling the office at 415-338-2032, or stopping by Student Services Building Suite 403. Once a complaint is filed, a case manager will meet with a complainant to determine an appropriate response, including but not limited to referring the concern for immediate correction to the appropriate office, providing an interim remedy, determining an Early Resolution, or performing an investigation into the concerns raised.
