Effective 5/19/25, PayByPhone will be available for use.
PayByPhone is the most convenient way to pay for parking. Use our app, do it online, or call the PayByPhone number posted on signage . With PayByPhone, your plate is your permit. You can now download the PayByPhone app and enter the corresponding parking location code (see chart below) to purchase your daily parking. You will receive a reminder alert when your meter time is about to expire and given the option to purchase more time.

Using PayByPhone
2. ENTER YOUR LOCATION CODE
Tap in the location code you wish to park in as advertised on street signage.
3. ENTER YOUR PARKING DURATION
Add the time duration you wish to park for.
1. VISIT THE PAYBYPHONE WEBSITE
Using your browser or through your smartphone. Easily create a PayByPhone account and use it to pay for parking. To begin, select Account from the main menu.
2. ENTER YOUR PARKING REQUIREMENTS
Enter the location number (see on-street signage or chart above) and the duration you wish to park.
3. ENTER YOUR SECURITY CODE
Finalize your transaction by entering the 3 digit security code on the back of your payment card.
4. MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE
Visit your account page to quickly add or amend vehicle details, update your payment info or security settings.
1. CALL THE NUMBER POSTED ON SIGNAGE
Dial the PayByPhone service number displayed on parking meters and signs.
2. RESPOND TO THE PROMPTS
Existing users will be prompted to enter the 6-digit location number and the parking time required. New users will be guided through a registration process.
3. WAIT FOR YOUR PARKING TO BE CONFIRMED
Once you have heard confirmation that your parking has started, you may leave your vehicle. Parking details will be sent to the handheld units the Parking Enforcement Officers patrol with.
